Then light the flames of the massive stone fireplace, formerly used to heat the hearth and cook the meals in this century old treasure. Entertain guests on the deck viewing Lake Geneva or just walk with them on the new city bike path that runs along the base of the hillside and reach Fontana Beach, the Abbey resort or any of the other local restaurants in minutes. If you want to be near the lake and have acres of privacy at the same time, this is the spot for you. Within walking distance of downtown Village of Fontana on Lake Geneva. Large private wrap around deck, gazebo and separate circle driveway.

Cottage sits on very private street near village hall, library and bike/walking path to park/soccer fields. Full kitchen, 1.5 baths and laundry room. Large great room with large stone gas fired fireplace. Loft, office and great room on first floor. Monthly rental only. MAX occupancy 4.
