Photos and Description of the Falmouth vacation house rental
4BR, 3BA, sleeps 10 extremely comfortably. Great pool!

My home is a Friday to Friday rental in season.

Lets start with the great pool! It is just off the deck. It is a little smaller than your typical pool, and it does not have a 'deep' end'; the whole pool is about 5' deep. Great for families.

We have A/C in the two upstairs bedrooms. Both those bedrooms EACH have a Queen bed and two twins, so each of the upstairs bedrooms sleep 4 people comfortably.

My home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street.

It has 4 large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 3 full bathrooms! The large back yard has an in-ground pool. The living room with birch hardwood flooring has nice furniture and the dining area looks out to a large deck (21x21) and pool and large fenced in back yard. Gas grill and table/chairs on the deck.

Also a partially finished basement with a pool table, couches, cable TV!

Just a short trip to everything - ferries, beaches, golf, Main St, Mashpee Commons, boating. Regardless of the weather, this is the perfect house to rent!

WiFi, too!

Cable TV in any of the three living rooms. We have a flat screen TV hung in the main living room.

Pool is available ONLY from late May to mid Sept, weather permitting. We believe we have thought of everything you will need to have a great Cape Cod vacation, feel free to call or email me to discuss any aspect of your potential stay.

All our rentals go through our Real Estate agency. The agency charges a $50 nonrefundable Contract Origination Fee for all rentals. There are no taxes on vacation rentals, no other fees. There is a fully refundable $500 security deposit due one month before check in.

Dennis’ grandmother, Marge Donahue, founded Donahue Real Estate in 1963, and was beloved in her community. Prior to becoming owner of Donahue Real Estate in 1998, Dennis worked in advertising and marketing in New York City, and was National Sales Director for America’s #1 market share television station. He grew up in Longmeadow, MA and is a 1992 graduate of Harvard University where he played lacrosse and studied history. Dennis lives in North Falmouth with his wife, Beth, and daughter, Isabelle. You can find them best on the Shining Sea Bike Path or pulling up their lobster pots in Buzzard’s Bay.

We will start with the pool. And how large the rooms are. And the pool table in the basement. I also own the house just next door, and that one also has a pool. So maybe tell your friends that you are renting, and they will want to rent my other one?

Very quiet cul-de-sac road, but close to everything. Short drive to Main Street Falmouth (10 minutes or less) and about the same distance to Mashpee Commons. Grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, and several restaurants are very close, at the Davisville Lights, about 2 miles away.
