We stayed in this house for 11 nights, and found it suited our needs. The house is perfect for a family of 4, but larger than that would find it tight. We never ate at the dining room table, but chose to eat in the kitchen at the "breakfast" table.
Families with young children should be warned that there are aligators in the lake behind the house.
Pool was nice, and got lots of sun. Not too much room for sunbathing though. Only 2 lounge chairs, and 4 sitting chairs. Not enough for a family with teens who also like to sit out.
Hot-tub was not working, but was promptly fixed after we reported it to the rental office.
It would have been helpful to have access to use the safe, but we were told it was for the owners. The house covered most of our needs, the notable exceptions were that the house did not have any handtowels or scissors, and only a few small glasses. There were loads of jumbo glasses, but very few small ones and none in the bathrooms.
Some of the lights were not working (might have simply needed replacement bulbs) and the house could use some upgrading.
But overall we enjoyed our stay. It served our purpose of being close to the parks.
