The property is centrally located in La Jolla and blocks from the beach. Very close proximity to restaurants and shops of La Jolla Shores and the numerous world class shopping and restaurants on and around Prospect Place in downtown La Jolla. This classic house is surrounded by brick patios with lush plants and fountains all around. Beautiful rose gardens compliment the relaxing gated patios in the front and back of the home. Plenty of outdoor seating that is great for reading a book in the shade or soaking up some sun. Hard wood floors run throughout the home and classic brick fireplace is in the living room with a large flat screen HD TV. Wifi internet and central heating throughout the home. Spacious driveway for multiple vehicles with 1 parking space secured in a car port with garage door. Master bedroom has a walkin closet and the bathroom has full vanities with walk in shower and a bathtub with jacuzzi jets. French double doors open from the Master bedroom to the rear patio.
