Fabulous Location!

Just a short walk from the beach, downtown Venice and tucked in on a quiet residential street. You'll have easy access to all Venice has to offer by foot or bike.

This vacation house is recently renovated inside and out. Freshly painted and new furnishings are throughout.

Relax under the shade trees in a semi private backyard or enjoy yourself with a coffee and newspaper on the covered front porch, enjoying the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful birds all around.

There's a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space. The dining room is located just off the kitchen and is open to the main living area allowing for great interaction and flow between rooms.

You'll find quality leather furnishings decorating the living room with a large flat screen tv. Spacious enough for friends and family but cozy enough to kick your feet up and enjoy a good show.

The master bedroom hosts a king bed, walk in closet and an en-suite bath. A flat screen tv is offered here as well.

The second bedroom hosts two twin beds, easily combined to make another king bed if needed. The main bath is easily accessible just off the second bedroom as well.

A back sitting room makes for a fantastic quiet reading space, office work space or even the extra sleeping area for an additional guest.

The property is serviced with Fios WIFI connection and basic cable service along with local phone service.

Pets are considered.

The property has mature landscaping and is partially fenced.
