We are located 2nd block off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee. .Beautiful Palms..grace the landscape..tropical. Each condo is privately owned, the inside is maintained by each individual Owner. Our condo back patio faces the largest of two Lagoons..beautiful sunsets,.,great wildlife..just sid back and enjoy the 'otters-turtles-geese-ducks & cranes. They never fail to amuse..and love a handout. Fish is in the lagoons..carp.and small fresh water fish.
Beautiful, New,' state of the art' Clubhouse interior....Rockwork on the walls, to set off the lovely large room. Granite counter WIFI station, for guests laptops...with several 'pop ups' for plugins. 60' TV for special games, or just relax on new leather furniture, in the air conditioned rooms..Decor is tasteful, so nice & appropriate for the local area.
Gym/workout room, self enclosed for quiet...commercial grade equipment, weights..balls...it is a popular room..always in use. TV on the wall to watch while you work out.
Kiddies can play in their own little open room, TV for their games, or to watch a TV Disney movie, or put puzzles to-gether, build little sets..and, a long leather wonderfully comfy lounge for mom or dad to sit and rest, while kids play beside them.
Purified hot and cold water for guests to enjoy, make tea, or cold drink, or, enjoy a fresh brewed cup of coffee, from 9:10 am to noon, every day - FREE !
Two washroom, ladies/men in the clubhouse. Absolutely, spotlessly clean !! Washed down each shift. Floors mopped continuously. There is also 2 vending machines..pop..and snack food to munch on when you feel you want a little treat.
Pool table, near the Tea-Water station...popular, fun...guests enjoy relaxing, hanging out, and just having fun. .
Our Pool...new heater/..new inside, re-faced..new tiles...even water temp..cleaned and monitored daily. Chrystal Clear..wonderful relaxing after doing the parks..everyone loves the pool and hot tub...so relaxing.
The pool deck is paving blocks...lounge chairs to tan on, tables, chairs, umbrellas,2 hammocks. The BBQ area, is 6 picnic tables,..undercover.. BBQ is two sided- charcoal. Great socially and fun to BBQ and enjoy the ambiance of the area...
Many guests visit from all over the World...all happy friendly and seem to communicate their joy, despite a language difference. We all have fun, and the Clubhouse is the hub for all guests..

We fell in love with SWC many years back...being a renter in the past, we decided that we would buy a condo..we did, our first one, in SW in 2005, which we still own and rent out. Having rented in the past, we knew what we 'did not' want..and we work very hard to provide the best. We are owners who take pride in both our homes..and they show it. Both Beautiful,
We are now retired, Spend our time in Florida, and in Alberta, where we have a little old farm home on the prairies, about 10 min.from the Montana Border. We love the wildlife, and never tire of watching deer, antelope, wolves, coyotes, and game birds that are condusive to this area. Life is simple..no stress..we love it. Tom has owned his own Co,s most of his life, has 2 sons, 3 g'children. I worked in a Bank for 30 years. son, and a daughter..Love my kids ! . We enjoy hot rods, Old Town Sat. night in Kissimmee, Tom has a few rods & so enjoys.. I like family, home life, and my friends (also like to bake, and I do that when I am at SW..take it to the Clubhhouse so guest/.owners can enjoy a little treat). I enjoy my SWC guests, very much....I like to please, and they enjoy my friendliness as much as I enjoy theirs. I enjoy their emails,.I make sure our condo's are equipped with many many extra's...I like to cook and bake, so I make sure, equipment is all available. Tom ensures all is kept up to date, and both condo's are serviced every year. We believe in taking care of our Condo's, so our guests have no problems when staying in our place. We believe this is their Vacation Time..stress free and happy...always be safe, enjoy the parks, and most important, 'ENJOY EACH OTHER'..this is their time with their kids and family..make the most of it...Memories last forever. I do what I can for the kids in our place..things for special memories..like Disney sheets, little things to make them feel special...their memories, their holiday with Mom and Dad.
It is the Best...it never used to be, but this New Board is a 'working Board'. This is their 3rd year, they have made incredible, lasting improvements..so much so, that when a condo comes on the market, it is sold immediately. We have been told that the reason they sell so quick is because of what this new board had done and is continually doing. One Manager of many condo projects,'just' told us this is the best complex in the entire area...major improvements over the last 2 years..So when guests stay here, they see it, and love it. all want to come back..they tell me they have never been to such a friendly clean , resort. .That makes us happy, and glad we chose this location to buy our Condo's.
.BONUS: we truly are just a 7 min, drive to all Disney's Theme Parks. Its all about location...and Sweetwater has it...where else can you stay for these prices, and get a full size home, 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms...Hotels cost more...I know, I have priced them out. f(one room two beds, couch pull out, few dishes microwave, 1 bathroom) It is so relaxing to be in your own home, put your feet up...watch TV...sleep...sit on the patio, watch the sunset...Have a drink...Privacy...its all here.
Our home is beautiful. Truly. We have done a 98% complete renovation. Gorgeous new wood floors, in all rooms and closets. Persian area carpets in all rooms. Top quality leather couches, (4 recline). Quality pictures, and a theme of our liking. (both our condo's). New tempur pedic matress, in King bed,& queen bed, pillow top in twin beds. The furniture is all new in King and queen bedroom, all quality throughout..we like the best. New granite counter tops in kitchen and both bathrooms, with specially made wood cabinets, new stainless steel quality, sinks and all appliances. The washer and dryer is fast efficient, a treat to use. We put in new French Doors to our Balcony.(I.love them)..and a new front door, actually every door in the condo is new..we have crown moulding top and bottom, and over the many windows, WAS specially built for us(crown moulding)..we ensure all quality is in our home. All we ask of our Guests, is to take care of our home as they would their own...were just people, owners, who want you to enjoy our 'home away from home' Everyone deserves that. Feel safe, clean, and happy you chose this Condo for your vacation, and let us know how you feel. Were not perfect, but we try to please all our guests.
