Fifth bedroom downstairs has full lake views with twin sized daybed and trundle that can be combined to make a king sized bed. There are also 2 sofas and a large corner sectional in the lower level walkout “family room”, a large HDTV with surround sound and Wii system and tabletop shuffleboard, and a selection of kids’ and family movies and games. The cottage is also wonderful for fall colors and winter fun and is just 30 minutes from skiing/boarding at Boyne Mountain, Nub's Nob, and Boyne Highlands. Skate on the lake in winter, snowshoe on conservancy trails behind the house. Sled down the front lawn.
