  • Our rates are well below that of comparable properties in the area. Our calendar is updated frequently, and is very accurate. Rates including rooms tax are as follows: 2 nights: $545.00, 3 nights: $824.50, 4 nights: $1,090.00, 5, 6 or 7 nights: $1,471.50.
  • Secure your reservation with a $500 deposit, pay the balance of your rental 30 days in advance. Pay $1,000 security deposit 14 days in advance. Deposit refunded within 14 days of your departure. All payments can be made with credit card through PayPal system. You do not need a PayPal account to use this system. You may also pay via personal check. If paying by check, security deposit must be sent 30 days prior to arrival.

My parents live nearby, and several of the family rented this house for overflow guests...and it really exceded our expectations. First off, the view is spectacular! We were there during foliage, but any season would be lovely.
The house was comfortable and very well-maintained. It is obviously a beloved family home, not just a rental property, so it felt like we were visiting the home of some very generous friends.
There is a lot to do nearby, from restaurants in Manchester to tubing on the Battenkill. The house is easy to get to, but feels very private in its setting up on the hill.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
