This fabulous three story waterfront condo is amazing throughout, with views of the marina from several rooms. Just a short distance from beautiful *Lake Michigan* (bikes provided). Kids love seeing the huge freighters that come through Manistee's channel, less than a block away!!

Main level features Cherry hardwood floors throughout living, dining and kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen, with all your cooking needs, plus a breakfast bar and open dining area overlooking marina. Large master bedroom with king bed, water views, walkout to deck, plus master bath with separate walk-in glass shower and garden tub.

Main level also features living area with fireplace, Flat screen TV, slider to deck. Half bath and laundry room with front load washer and dryer.

Second floor features a den/bedroom with daybed and trundle, walk in closet, plus a deck that overlooks the marina. Second bedroom with queen bed, skylights and walk in closet. Plus a full bath with separate walk-in glass shower and garden tub.

Harbor Village amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, playgrounds and common areas gatherings.

What a beautiful place to get away to the Lakeshore! It is more than I ever expected. All the amentities you would need to feel like home, short distance to Lake Michigan, beautiful grounds and extremely clean!

Spent a fabulous weekend at this lovely condo. So relaxing! Spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need, all the comforts of home and more. Beautiful views from nearly every room. Easy access to Lake Michigan with beautiful sunsets. My favorite feature? The heated floor tiles in the the master bath! Would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful vacation home!

What a lovely place. The home is so comfortable and spacious and the location cannot be beat. We stayed in the "off" season for a girls getaway and it was perfect. There are amazing views from each of the three floors. We were able to take some nice strolls through the neighborhood, swim in the indoor lap pool, workout in the well equipped fitness room, and shop at the Ideal Kitchen in downtown. Oh, and the sunset at the beach...words can't quite describe it. Ahhhh.

Beautiful and clean property.

What a beautiful place. We spent days at the beach which was never crowded. Took long walks along the beach. Nothing as pretty as sunset over Lake Michigan. Thrilled to see a huge freighter on its way up the nearby channel. Condo was so clean. Had EVERYTHING we needed. We had all the conveniences of home in a rental. There were bikes in the garage so we rode to other beaches and downtown to shop and enjoy restaurants on the river. Excited to return.
