My wife and I both were born and raised in California. We love the beach, the privacy, and the community feeling of Malibu West. I am an architect who will one day retire to this peaceful and wonderful home.
Out of all the areas along the 27 miles of shoreline in Malibu, we felt like this location offered the most privacy, sense of community, and best beaches. There is also something so wonderful about living in a beach community with such spectacular foliage. All the homes are surrounded by enormous trees and mature landscaping.
Having the access to a private beach club and tennis courts really sets this community apart. The Trancas Market Shopping Center around the corner provides Starbucks, restaurants, and grocery store.
This property is located in a wonderful community at the intersection of Broad Beach and Zuma Beach. The home is a 3 1/2 minute walk to the beach.
