Pearl Wermut purchased this townhome in 1991

I bought this home for a family member; it has recently become available for rental to travelers from many countries, near and far.

Sharing walks, going to local coffee houses, walking down the main boulevard, and taking the local transit which is fun for sightseeing. Movies are nearby as is shopping. I love it and I share this fine home with you, my guests.

BEST PLACE to stay in LA!!

We loved staying in this townhouse and felt right at home immediately. Location is near the freeways and close to tourist attractions, Beverly Hills, Universal Studios and a short ride to Disneyland! Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. A beautiful home with everything we needed; the Owner was available for any questions and was very attentive to detail. She explained everything and was always available to answer any questions.l The move-in and move-out was flawless. There were four of us and it was perfect all around. It is very clean with lots of open spaces, comfortable beds and TV's in both bedrooms, 47" in Master bedroom, as well as a large screen TV in the living room. This was more than I expected. The home is well equipped with everything that you might need while on vacation. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing vacation! We truly enjoyed our stay; our experience was awesome. This is THE BEST way to experience LA!!

A large, roomy up to date home! 24 Hour Guard-Gated community, close to freeways, studios, Beverly Hills, Universal City and a short ride to Disneyland. Amenities include pool, spa, clubhouse with his/her saunas and workout center. Fully equipped kitchen and very large bedrooms. Very clean, very comfortable rooms with everything we needed. We are coming back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
