Professionally Designed Coastal residence boasting pool and game room, wide open lifestyle ideally located minutes from Siesta, Lido, St. Armands, Downtown Sarasota with Legacy Trail access and a community park a block away. Use the home for a photo shoot or for your social media, it's that nice. Affordable and perfect for 2 families to share or 1 large family to use for a short time or longer stays are welcomed. Local Owner with fast response time. Paradise Awaits. If you need a vehicle rental I can also help in that regard. I now use Turo for my Mercedes Benz C-250 turbo!!! I can leave it at the home with advance notice!!

Family Beach Trip

House is perfect location for the beach and downtown Sarasota. Had everything we needed. Kevin was very accommodating… highly recommend.

Clean and updated

We have stayed at many rentals in Sarasota, and this was one of the better ones. Everything is updated and clean. Our kids loved the game room. My only con for this rental is no screened in pool, but that’s a minor factor. We would rent this house again.
