Excellent family living in a peaceful neighborhood
Easy access from the airport and by road from any of the interstate highways: I-40, I-35, I-240 or the turnpike
We recently stayed in this home during a family event in Oklahoma City. While the neighborhood and location is quiet, private and close to shopping, the home itself needs attention and has not been updated in many years. On the positive side, there is a massage chair in the office which is very nice (you will need it after sleeping on the hard beds!), nice tv's and the house has room for a family to spread out. On the downside, all the beds with the exception of the one in the master bedroom were old and hard, we could feel the springs. The carpet throughout the house is dark brown, worn and rolling in several
places. There are no stoppers in the sinks or hall tub to be able to take a bath. There is nothing in the living areas to make the home feel warm, just basic furniture and not much decoration. The kitchen has a total of 3 bowls, we had to wash them constantly just to have cereal for breakfast. The owner also has personal items such as an old computer monitor and other junk in the utilitiy room and garage. The advertised spa and outside grill were unusable and falling apart. The grill had so much rust on the outside we were afraid to touch it and the spa was filled with dirty water. There is no patio furniture on the deck so we couldn't enjoy sitting outside. We've rented many properties through VRBO and this house was one of the worst we've encountered.
My family and I spent a wonderful week for my daughter's wedding in OKC in this fabulous home. The house is a beautiful as pictured with very spacious rooms in an up-scale, quiet subdivision. Its location is easy for airport access and shopping for everyday needs. There were 5 adults in the home and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The bedrooms are large with walk-in closets and the master suite is incredibly large with a magnificent bathroom. All appliances are modern and there were plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. We especially enjoyed the huge flatscreen tv in the family room for down-time. The real estate manager met us upon arrival to show us around the home and was very helpful with details about departing. The beauty, comfort, quiet and spaciousness of this home added to the special reason for our trip. If we return, we would definitely consider renting this home again. Just perfect!!
The house was very nice, plenty of space, good neighborhood, close to shopping.
We were very comfortable and the property owner was great.
This house was absolutely PERFECT for a wedding weekend. The family of the bride had a place to stay, the bridesmaids and MOB ONLY stayed the night before the wedding - making LOTS of cherished memories the next day while makeup artists and hairdressers worked their magic while the wedding party relaxed. The house is clean, large enough for a family gathering, and the neighborhood is safe and well-groomed. Everything we needed for a perfect wedding weekend was there and more. In looking back over the photos that were taken during our stay I appreciate the home all the more! We will definitely consider staying here again should another opportunity arise - the home is a part of our wedding memories for all of us!
Not only was this house perfect for my group's stay, but the owner was amazing! We had a wonderful time and were taken care of from start to finish. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful and there is plenty of room to spread out throughtout the house and yard. The ping-pong table was a hit with my group. We loved being able to make meals together and had more than enough space for all of us. I highly recommend this property!

SPORTS; At the Chesapeake Energy Arena, accross the streets from the Bricktown Entertainment District, I recently watched the Oklahoma Thunder beat the visiting team in a dazzling thriller of professional basketball. Perhaps one of the best things that happened to Oklahoma City in recent years is the Thunder Basketball. Dear visitors gear up for a night of fun at the arena, home of Thunder Basketball Team. You can head over to the Bricktown Ballpark to see the Oklahoma City RedHawks if baseball game is more of your style. You can also catch the Oklahoma City Barons play hockey at the Cox Convention Center.
BOTANICAL GARDEN; In downtown Oklahoma City The Myriad Botanical Gardens & Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory provide world class nature adventure for the entire family to enjoy.. So is the Oklahoma City zoo just minutes away from downtown.
