You’ll be living large when you rent this modern 2-bedroom condo that is just one block from the famous 5th Avenue and 2 blocks from the ocean and the ferry to Cozumel. Step outside your condo and either relax on the private patio, with dining area and grill, or lounge in the common area with chaise lounges, umbrellas and a beautiful pool.

Park your car in the enclosed garage parking and sleep peacefully knowing that there is 24-hour security. The condo is about 1302 sq. ft (121 m2) with a king size bed in each bedroom and 2 couches for additional sleeping arrangements. There are two full bathrooms with showers. The kitchen, dining and living room are open providing a great room effect.

Enjoy excellent nearby shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Located nearby is a Starbucks, laundry and OXXO convenience store. Getting around in town is inexpensive and easy. Taxi fare’s usually run about $5, but walking is easy. There are walking paths through the Mayan ruins, a nearby golf course, and even more shopping in Playacar.

From Early morning coffee at Star Bucks to high end designer shops and an assortment of restaurant's and bars, the choice is yours.

Great location and nice apartment

Walking distance from 5ta Avenida and the beach, this is a great apartment to spend a worry free weekend. There are a couple of nice restaurants in the complex that we enjoyed a few times during our stay.
The two rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. With very appropriate decor for a beach apartment.
Overall, great option to visit Playa del Carmen.
