This Soho Penthouse is the ultimate private designer loft located in the heart of Soho on the very trendy Mercer Street between Spring and Broome in Soho, NY, ZIP Code 10012. On the same street as the Trendy Mercer Hotel, and surrounded by shops like Prada, Ralph Lauren...

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom + entertainment / media room (which can sleep a further 4 on two fold away beds) accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. The Penthouse creates a gracious and elegant setting perfect for any trip to New York. With 5000 SqFt of pure entertaining space, the elegantly appointed Penthouse is set over three floors with views of Soho and across to the new Freedom Tower. The Penthouse is made up of two open plan floors with 14 Ft high ceilings, with designer furniture and state of the art sound and vision fitted throughout with its own private Sky Bar with DJ Facilities which makes it ideal for entertaining. Fitted with sound and light along with a cinema with HD Projection facilities as well as piped audio throughout the loft. The Soho Penthouse has a private 1,300 SF planted terrace with rooftop kitchen and great outdoor entertaining space.

Allow me to walk you through the Penthouse. With direct entry from Mercer Street the Penthouse opens to a stunning great room (1,800 SF) with designer art pieces adorning the red brick walls. There are 2 exposures with large windows, 10 seat dining area and open plan chefs kitchen with custom cabinetry and stone counter tops. Crestron AV, Sonos Music system and 8 zone heating and A/C system.

On the next floor is the entertainment / media room with its own Sky Bar complete with DJ Sound & light along with three master bedroom suites. I stayed with my familly and had a very enjoyable time being spolit by Sarah the housekeeper and Mark the chef. The location is excellent and the Penthouse has all that you would expect from a five star hotel. We stayed in many a night using the big cinema screen and really loved the roof terrace as well. The only draw back I would say is that to get onto the roof terrace does mean the use of stairs which if you are elderly can be a set back.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

True Luxurious Penthouse

I was so impressed with my Soho Penthouse, it was just like a hotel. The concept is superb and very much line with what I expected. Smooth check in. Just a short walk to the shops in Soho. But, despite that, in my room I felt completely away from the madness. The gym is even closer, right in the house and I used the steam in the Master Bedroom every night. Rate included free Wi-Fi, free Cable and free Mineral water all of which youd pay a lot for in a hotel! I will definitely be back.
