We were 4 that stayed at the villa. Upon our arrival Franklin and Gretchen were there to greet us and made us feel welcome. The villa was very clean, comfortable, fully equipped with internet, washer & dryer, kitchen and bathroom supplies, extra bedding, pillows, towels and beach towels. The grounds were well maintained and we had the pool to ourselves as it was very quiet. The beach was just a short walk from the villa. Being a gated community Palmas Del Mar is very secure, quiet and we always felt safe. Franklin was helpful and responsive to all our needs and accommodated us in every way. Thank you for all you did for us and we would highly recommended any of his rental properties!!
