This house on Coecles Harbor features a private 120 foot long deep water dock with mooring. Full redwood deck with panoramic view view. Property is 3 1/2 acres with 300' waterfront. Newly refurbished with 3- 52 inch TV's with WIFI DVR. Attached garage with entrance into house.

Six (6) adults maximum.

No pets.

No smoking

Security deposit $5000, full rent must be paid prior to occupancy
