Beautiful and spacious family home built in 2003. Great location on a quiet dead end street of mostly owner occupied homes, yet just a 5 minute walk to the beach and all that Hampton Beach offers! Perfect for families and large enough for 2 families and extended families to share. Clean and comfortable with an open floor plan for kitchen, dining and living spaces on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second level. A bathroom on each level eases the 'after beach rush' to get ready to go out at night! Great deck with picnic table and grill to sit outside for morning coffee and relax after a long day at the beach . This is a year round house -- not a cottage. Parking for two cars, and close and inexpensive parking for your guests. Lots of amenities including cable TV, wireless internet, AC, complete kitchen with full size appliances and large dining table, etc. This house is Smoke Free though you can smoke outside if you choose!
