Fantastic 3 bedroom 2400 sq ft home in a great location Deep Well. Home has been completely renovated top to bottom in 2012. Fireplace and great common areas in the house.

large 9' deep pool with private areas in back yard. Gas BBQ. Mister around the pool and lounge area

House was just renovated October 2012. Great for long term or long weekend stays.

1 block to Ace Hotel and 1.5 blocks to Sagurno

Great location on quiet cul de sac in Deep Well.

Deep Well is the greatest place with no or very little wind.

Walk to Koffe or the Ace hotel or Segurno. Aylmers diner 5 minute walk. Close to downtown Palm Springs, Walk to Warm Sands area. Gold nearby with small malls and grocery stores
