This Deer Valley Estate home sits on approximately 2 acres. The home is surrounded by open space and trail systems. Hike, mountain bike, and snow shoe within steps from your door. Enjoy panoramic views of the Park City, and Canyons ski resorts.

Massive outdoor entertaining patio complete with 16'x42' private heated pool and 8'x10' in-ground hot tub for 10.

Deer Valley Resort, the Park City Ski Resort and the Canyons are within minutes of this exquisite property.

There are 4 Master Suites each with private bath and fireplace, 1 additional Queen Suite and each one with a private bath. The Bunk-room provides additional sleeping for 4. Total accommodations for up to 18 guests.

There is a large media room with 108' screen with a JVC 3D Projector. Perfect for the big game or screenings during The Sundance Film Festival.
About Owner

We loved the accessibility to Salt Lake International airport being only 45 minutes away with virtually no traffic.

We also loved the direct flight from NYC in under 4 hours. Another wonderful thing is the fabulous skiing in America's #1 ski resort with fantastic dry weather. We have many beautiful, sunny, crisp ski days. We are so close to the town and all three resorts.

We may be close to town, but are tucked away so we have ultimate privacy.

We have enjoyed many wonderful vacations with friends and family here and should you chose this home for your vacation, you will too.

Incredible spring break

We stayed for 2 weeks in March 2010 in this magnificent property. There was plenty of space for our immediate family and my parents who visited. You never once felt crowded with effectively 2 floors of living space. The pool and hot tub are incredible with amazing sunsets and the kids were enamored by the home movie theater. There is really nothing this property doesn't offer and we don't hesitate to recommend it.

We stayed in this amazing home in June and couldn't ask for anything to be better!! Everything was clean and the views were breath taking! The owner was extremely helpful and available all the time for any questions I had! The pool and spa were perfect! There was enough space for three small families to stay and still have plenty of room for your own space!! I would never stay anywhere else!!
