This home is a fully air conditioned, non-smoking, 8 bedroom 5 bathroom two level villa located in the exclusive enclave area at Emerald Island Resort. The house is approximately 3200 square feet including the game room. There are 2 king master suites, 1 king room, 2 queen rooms, 3 twin rooms with 6 twin beds and one queen-size sofa sleeper. Large 40' x 23' pool area and deep 40' x 10' screened lanai . High quality linens and towels provided. Free secure wired/wireless Internet. Free phone calls within US and to many countries. Full-size crib. Large LCD TVs in family room and TV in every bedroom. Wii with many games. Video Games and books. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Emerald Island is built around a wooded area with a walking/jogging/biking trail. Shuttle services are available to the attractions. There is a large clubhouse with a heated community pool and spa, sauna, fitness centre, clubroom, video games room and computer room with Internet access. Facilities also include an outdoor play area for children, tennis courts and a Tikki Hut. Our house is located two minutes away from Formosa Gardens Plaza which has a large supermarket and several shops and restaurants. For sports enthusiasts, there are several highly regarded golf courses within a very short drive. In addition to Disney World, attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are easily accessed via the I-4 junction just minutes away from the house. Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach and Busch Gardens are only about an hour's drive away.

Great Golf Getaway

This was the 11th annual golf trip for our group of 8 men with this being our fourth consecutive year in Orlando. Our group was extremely pleased with the house and agreed it was very much as advertised and more. The consensus was that in terms of comfort, value and location, these accommodations were the best yet. Beds and linens were very comfortable and the large deck in the pool area served as a great gathering spot to swap stories at the end of the day. This is a very clean, well maintained home in a secure community with a very positive and responsive owner. We look forward to doing it all again next year. Thanks again Lili!

fantastic holiday stay!

Our class reunion was a big success! All families were able to stay comfortably with our large crowd and kids went all crazy with the vacation! The houses are awesome. They are so close to all parks. Unbeatable location. the rooms are really nice and clean. the owners are very friendly and helpful. The experience exceeded our expectations. Everyone is happy happy happy! Sports Team Stay

We rented this house for our archery team to stay in. The house was very comfortable for 18 people and the owner Lili was awesome to work with. Loved the covered patio by the pool. The resort is beautiful and quiet. We liked that it was gated and felt very secure. The house was very well maintained and clean. It was great to be 15 minutes from Disney and yet felt almost like being in the country. Excellant place to stay. Can't say enough good things about this house, resort and owner. If I ever have a large group going to Florida again I would definately book again. Thanks again Lili!!

Our most perfect vacation ever!

We had a very large family event and needed four large homes to accommodate all our guests. The owners of this home provided four beautiful 8 bedroom homes for us and everything we needed for the stay and our event! Everything was a big success thanks to these nice owners!
the homes are very neat and well furnished for large groups like us. the perfect location provided much convenience to go anywhere we needed in just minutes.
Definitely coming back whenever we visit Orlando again!

Enjoyed Our Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We were in the area for a softball tournament at the Disney/ ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and it was so nice to be able to come back to such a comfortable home after a long day at the ballfield. There were 7 adults and 10 children(9 teenagers and one 8 year old) in our party and we had plenty of room. The pool and the game room provided plenty of entertainment. If we come back to this tournament we will definately stay in this home again.
