House fully renovated and tastefully, with 3 bedrooms (1 suite with balcony), all with closets, ceiling fans and air-conditioning in two bedrooms, living room with LCD TV, kitchen with cabinets and appliances, bathroom and mezzanine . The mezzanine and upper balcony of the room have safety net. The house is located in front of the condo pool and has a parking space. The condo is well wooded, with pool, sauna, recreation area, near the beach Geribá, one of the most beautiful beaches of Buzios.
