About Judy Boyd
We are an active family that enjoys the outdoors. Boating, golfing, kiteboarding and stand up paddle boarding are some of the things we do around Kailua. We also enjoy traveling but get homesick if gone from the islands too long.
Disclosure: owner is related to real estate agent who holds a real estate license in the State of Hawaii.
Judy Boyd purchased this house in 1991
Why Judy Boyd chose Kailua
This property fits our island lifestyle. A place where you can remove your slippers (flip flops), BBQ and hang loose.
What makes this house unique
Pool is a great addition to this home, its a great way to enjoy the sun when not at the beach. Location of this home is a bonus where you can walk to Kailua town to shop, eat and explore the town. Also, a 10min walk to Kailua beach, one of the most beautiful beach in the world.
Guestbook comments from the owner
Judy, just wanted to get back to you and let you know how much my family enjoyed staying at your place. We had a great time and the house fit our needs perfectly. Even the hurricanes cooperated in bypassing the island with only some light rain from the first one. My sister lives in Honolulu and we were able to get together with her family numerous times while we were there.
