the house is situated on a quiet and charming walk street only steps from Venice beach's famous boardwalk and beach.

The house is over 2000 square feet and a lovely Santa Fe/Mexican hacienda style home.

The living room, dining and kitchen are all open and airy and boast an open floor plan.

There are two working fireplaces in the living room and the bedroom for romantic evenings at the beach.

The dining room opens onto a lovely patio w/ beach views complete w/ a bar, barbecue & dining table and chairs.

The kitchen is expansive and completely equipped with everything you could wish for.

There is a large laundry room & two full bath each w/ tubs and shower

The master bedroom is spectacular with beamed ceilings, fireplace & sitting room.

The master bath is lovely with Mexican tiled counters, double sinks and a glass shower & large tub.

the Sautilo tile floors accent the house completing the hacienda style

Absolutely Perfect!

This place was a dream!!! Better than the photos. Bigger than I thought it would be. It was beautiful. Very well kept. The tile floors, the furniture, the decor, everything was great. It was fully equipped. The location was perfect, in the middle of everything. The owner was available anytime we needed anything. We will be renting again, and I would recommend this gorgeous house to anyone looking for a rental in the area.
