Beautiful 1650 s.f. loft on (famous) Christopher Street. Safe, secure building, an elevator brings you up to one of only 5 residences in the building- one per floor. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful. Perfect kitchen for cooking - enjoy 12 feet of counter space for food prep. Separate dining area. Big fridge, dishwasher, filtered drinking water. This is a real family home with large windows, air conditioning, washer/dryer, video intercom/buzzer, high speed wireless internet, stereo and home theater with 50 inch flat-screen television, marble and tiled bathrooms.

Our apartment is our family home - unique and personalized, it will not feel like a hotel. Use our appliances, the spices and foods in our pantry, our shampoos, detergents, phones. Read our books, play with our games, listen to our music. Think of yourselves as friends and guests, rather than renters.

This is the most beautiful, best located and historic neighborhood in Manhattan. Only 3 blocks from the Hudson River Promenade and Piers; 3 blocks to Washington Square Park; 10 minute walk to the High Line. We are within walking distance to Soho, Chelsea, East Village, Tribeca, Chinatown and Little Italy. Dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars, jazz clubs, art galleries, historic sights, music and theater venues are outside out doorstep. Unique shopping options - designer boutiques, exotic crafts, gourmet foods.

2 blocks to subway lines # 1,2,3 or 3 blocks to A,B,C,D,E,F,M lines. Plentiful bus lines and taxis. Street parking and several neighborhood garages.

We have 3 cats in residence to be cared for, at our expense. We will provide a house cleaner once each week. Our neighbors can be counted on for any assistance necessary.
