There are 3 sizable bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath, an elevator to all 3 levels.

3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, air matress if needed. 2 car garage, upper and lower level lanai, spa.

Lots of windows everywhere with gorgeous views of small lake. You'll enjoy sitting by the window or upper lanai in the morning, watching the birds and turtles, as you sip your morning beverage.

Centrally located and close to all the offerings of the Island such as the small, quaint movie theatre, Bailey's grocery store, restaurants, Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, and captiva Island. Yet you are located on a very quiet road with nothing but peace and tranquility to enjoy. As your vacation ends, you'll be planning to come back

Wonderful, modern home with great views out the great room window. Like having a nature preserve in the front yard. Walking distance to beach. Biking distance to shops. Peaceful quiet street.

Everything We Had Hoped And More

This home was immaculate. The surroundings were beautiful. You could look out the front windows to the pond. When we were there we counted 40 turtles sunning themselves on a dead tree limb in the pond, along with 2 alligators and many birds. The home is on a dead end road, so it is very private. We were less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, which was great. I don't even think that the pictures do the home justice. It is very comfortable and lovely inside, with everything you need to make your stay trouble free.

It is so well located that you can get to many restaurants, Ding Darling, CROW - it's not even too far to Captiva because you don't need to go Perriwinkle.

Owners were fabulous to work with - we already have our reservation for next year.
