Our vacation home at 3351 Pine Hill Road is in the lovely south shore community of Tahoe Tyrol. Situated on a forested hillside just 1 mile from the Stateline casino area and 1/4 mile from the base lodge of Heavenly Ski Resort, the Tyrol neighborhood is convenient to all South Shore attractions.

This chalet is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3 level home that can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 people. The bottom floor features 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, a full bathroom and a game room with a pool table. The large, open living room, kitchen and dining area, along with another full bathroom are on the middle/main level. Filtered views of beautiful Lake Tahoe can be seen from this level. There is also a deck with a gas barbeque that can be accessed off the dining area. The sofa in the living room pulls out to make a queen bed or an aero bed can be used. The top floor has two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom.

The home’s interior was renovated by a talented craftsman. Upscale pine details and quality furnishings with an authentic mountain theme are throughout. Other welcome features of our chalet include its fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas log fireplace, over sized hot water heater, wireless high speed internet and HBO.

This home is adjacent to the Tahoe Tyrol HOA common area that features a swimming pool (summer only), spa, and sauna. This close access is convenient for those wanting to wind down after a long day of skiing by the short walk to the hot tub and sauna.

If you are looking for 24 hour activities, you can find it at Tahoe. We recommend, however, that you also take the time to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our living room, game night at the dining table, and the occasional sighting of a bear lumbering down the street.
