With a beautiful renovation just completed by a top LA interior designer, the spacious main house features 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms plus a basement bedroom with full bathroom.

Just on the other side of the pool, the light and bright pool house studio is another bedroom and has a fully renovated bathroom as well.

A total of 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms!

Plush bedding and flatscreen TV's with DirecTV in every bedroom.

Reclaimed brick and ivy drape the grounds, the eat-in kitchen opens to the sunny pool and shady BBQ area.

Enjoy a cocktail on the roof deck above the pool house.

2 private parking spaces but you'll barely need them because you can walk to countless fantastic restaurants, bars, hotels, coffee shops, stores, supermarkets, anything you need. A 5 minute drive takes you to into the Hollywood Hills, or down to Rodeo Drive.

Gorgeous house, perfect location

We arrived at this beautiful house after a long drive from Las Vegas and it was like stepping into an oasis. Everything from the beds to the decor are 5 star. The goose down pillows and duvets will spoil you for life! Seth is the perfect host and ensured I had all the details I needed for our stay to be perfect. The pictures are very accurate so rest assured the property is as lovely as it looks.

The house is located in a quiet street but is just a stones throw from the cafes and bars of Santa Monica Blvd and a 10 min walk up Doheny to the Sunset Strip. There is off street parking which accommodated my Tahoe so would probably fit 2 small cars or 1 big SUV.

I've stayed at quite a few different houses and apartments around West Hollywood but this one is by far the best and I can't wait to stay here again.
