If someone ask me why I love the Jurere Iate Residence I will say that is the ocean view and the boats arriving and going from the docks. I spend hours looking the boats and the friends arriving in the dock.

It is easy to go to the beach. Just take the stairs and put your feet in the sand. Turn left and in 200 meters you will find the Iate Club and more 200 metres the Marina Blue Focks with beatifull boats.

Our forest is fantastic and we have several animais living there. We have a small lake with a small waterfall. The children love to see the fishes.

Our apartment is unique in the Florianopolis Island. We are located in the top of a little mountain in front of the ocean.

All our windows looks to the sea. The property has a wood that fall in the beach. You can reach the ocean by our wood stairs.

Our facilities in the condominium are a swimming pool with a bar and barbecue place. Dri sauna. Party saloon. Games center.

The property is quiet and during the year have few people living there. All the personal are well trained and we have also a lady that taking care o the forest and our bromelias collections.
