this modern lake front town house set in the friendly quiet gated community of coral cay , ideally located for just chilling by the pool , in your hot tub , watch a film at the cinema , walks in shingle creek park or minutes from the hustle and bustle of theme parks , 10 mins drive to downtown disney and all its theme parks , ideally situated for wallmart 5 mins walk , local bus route , bars and eateries.

the house has a down master bedroom for easy access straight to the 3 car driveway and to the living and dining area to the rear with no steps , the upper floor has 1 double , and 1 twin with shared shower/bathroom and a games room with extra pull out bed space .

the property has its own private hot tub overlooking the lake where you can relax and watch the sun go down while watching the wild life on and around the lake
