Lakefront with 55 foot of private beach, sandy bottom. package includes Play Buoy Pontoon, two kayaks, Fishing boat and peddle boat all Included.

Cook out on the grill and enjoy the deck overlooking the beautiful lake. The interior features an open floor plan with extensive tile flooring. The kitchen features maple cabinets, snack bar, electric cook top and wall microwave. The Master bedroom has a queen bed with closet. The upper level features an open loft with spectacular views of the lake. The cottage has air conditioning and central heating and is available for rent year round.

The back lot has a half basketball court with an adjustable basket so kids of all ages can play. Cottage is clean and well stocked.

The lake is shallow for about 100 feet from the shore. It is perfect for young kids to play in. Come swim and ski in the lake water and enjoy the area. Sandbox next to the lake for kids of all ages to play.

Fishing is great, bluegill, Crappie, Walleye, Northern Pike and Largemouth Bass.

Do you love camp fires right next to the water? The area offers plenty of opportunities for exciting outdoor activities. Numerous golf courses, miniature golf, ice cream, auto racing and dragster strip are close by.
