The RED ROOM elevator is a conversation piece that takes you to each floor. Separate formal dining room that seats 12 people and separate kitchen area that seats 8 people with a wood burning fireplace. Perfect to entertain. Two media rooms- one called the Music Media Room with a 60' inch HD plasma television with Playstation 3. A fireplace, plus a stand-up beautiful black piano, perfect for musicians. Second is called the Game Media Room with a 52' inch connected with Wii & X-box, plus a wireless Karaoke microphone.

Each room has its own unique theme with exotic, asian touches throughout. The master bedroom has it's own private deck. A wood-burning fireplace under a new 42' Samsung Plasma T.V. that has a blue-ray connected to Hulu, Pandora, and many, many more apps. Surround sound system with an IPod dock. The master bath is done to have that spa like experience with luminated candles. The second bedroom/office has a queen size round bed with a large wooden bali desk. There is Wi-fi throughout the house and a wireless printer. The third bedroom is considered 'The Mardi Gras Bedroom' designed very uniquely eccentric & whimsical with a swing that is exquisite in itself. The most popular part of the house is the small lounge/play room area that is attached to 'The Mardi Gras Bedroom'. It can also have 2 - 3 people sleep comfortably. Really fun and nothing like it! The fourth bedroom, considered 'The Dungeon' only because it is a room that sits by itself with its own private entrance. A beautiful, unique asian desk that has a hidden chair attached inside, makes this room also used as a small office with also its own private area.

A gardner comes once a week and house keeping comes twice a week, unless you request for more days for an added cost. The location is 5 minutes to Beverly Hills, 20 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to Universal Studios, 15 minutes to Hollywood. Fully alarmed to keep your belongings safe when you leave.

Since we will be traveling over seas and a property manager taking care of Malaya Manor, we are considering leasing our 2010 Black Mercedes Benz Sedan with a $50,000 Lorenzo Kit & a 2008 Black on black Escalade with 24 inch custom wheels. The neighborhood is full of celebrities, with paparazzi sometimes in our front yard. George Clooney lives up the street and many more. Very serene and beautifully decorated that it is considered like staying at a 5-star resort.
