Lovely lakeside home with beautiful, multi-tiered deck overlooking quiet, Round Pond section of Lake Rescue. Easy access to larger Lake Rescue but without the noise of the larger lake. Use of 3 kayaks, 1 canoe and 1 Sunfish sailboat. There are lots of floating water toys and home comes stocked with a variety of life jackets for the whole family. This home has two bedrooms with a full-size bed in each and one bedroom with two bunk beds. Front screened-in porch allows for enjoying the evening in front of the lake without the bugs. There's a fire pit on the beach and a portable fire pit that can be used on the deck. Large front lawn begs for volleyball or soccer. There's even enough room for a small baseball game. The kitchen is ready for whatever you can cook up and there is laundry on-site. In the winter, you're less than ten minutes from Okemo, a great family ski area. Home is well stocked with games and children's toys promising a fun and exciting weekend or vacation.

A nice and cozy place. We would give this place a 5 star rating if the woodstove were working and also if the bedroom with bunk beds were heated (heater not working). It would even be nicer if wifi and cable/satellite TV were available. The town of Ludlow (just 10 minutes driving time away) has most everything you need (e.g. Shaw's supermarket is really super!). Simply we had a marvelous time.

This a beautiful house. It is a great gateaway. We had a great time swimming, kayaking and canoeing (they were provided with the house!). It is very clean and well-furnished. We would definitely stay here again.

What an awesome experience we had! The home was a perfect home-base for our summer vacation in Vermont. The lake was beautiful, the water access enjoyable and our kids had a blast with all the boats. The house has everything you could want and is well situated to enjoy Okemo, Killington and the surrounding areas.
