Relax at the wonderful heated pool right on the exciting Intracoastal Waterway. Feel the ocean breezes right from your balcony over looking the Atlantic Ocean. Condo features include a beautiful and updated kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, nice breakfast bar and fully stocked for easy cooking or entertaining. The queen bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The bathroom has just been recently renovated with walk in tiled shower and modern vanity. The living and dining area is open, light and airy. This condo is on the 8th floor and even has its very own parking spot. What a great place to spend a Fort Lauderdale beach vacation!

Location,Location,Location!!!!!! You couldn't be more centrally located than with this condo! Beach, Pool and walking distance to so much!!!!!! Car is not even necessary here!
We have just returned from a one month stay in David's condo which is even more beautiful and larger than the pictures suggest. The condo, building and grounds are very well maintained. The location is perfect,just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. Race tracks, casinos and great shopping are not far away. I recommend seeing Hot Rod, a Rod Stewart impersonator at Field.
David met us when we arrived and responded quickly to phone calls and emails quickly and pleasantly during our stay.
We are looking forward to returning next year.
As stated in previous reviews, the condo was better than the pictures. The condo and building were spotless. We had a very confortable stay and enjoyed the ocean view and being a corner unit, provided lots of light with the large windows in living room and bedroom. The bathroom was very recently remodelled and the shower was great.
The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies needed to prepare meals. The beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs were appreciated and used almost everyday. The pool was a great spot to watch the boating activity on the inland waterway.
David provide excellent service with the booking and meeting us at check-in.
We would definitely recommend this condo and renting from David.
The location is perfect. One small block from Ft. Lauderdale beach. The pool on the intercoastal side is amazing, beautiful view and nice and warm. The condo itself is very comfortable, we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Basically its perfect!
Our stay at the condo was just great. Everything was within walking distance and the beach and the pool were perfect. Even the weather was just what we were looking for. The condo was even nicer than it looked in the pictures! It was fully stocked with everything that we needed to enjoy our 1-month vacation. The only issues we had was that the furniture on the balcony was not comfortable at all and we could not sit out there and relax and enjoy the view . We could barely tolerate a cup of coffee on the hard stools! Also, we had wished that there would have been more cable channels available to watch, we had to miss some of our favorite programs while we were there. Everthing else was even better than we imagined!!!
Pros: excellent location, short walk to Sebastian Beach, nice views of the ocean and cruise ships, sunny with cross ventilation, upscale kitchen, clean, well equipped and maintained, great, attentive property manager (David Packard), friendly building neighbors, pool and sunsets directly on the Intercoastal Waterway,
Cons: traffic noise from A1A southbound, no guest parking, cramped and outdated bath (may be remodeled soon),
Highly recommended! .
