Excellent apartment

The apartment fit our needs to a tee. Will was a great host and easily accessable. My favorite part was the garden patio. It was such a wonderful extra space. We utilized Will's suggestion on ordering from Omaha steaks and we had 2 wonderful feasts on the grill provided in the garden. I'd highly suggest using that! We are from a rual area and were concerned that the noise of the city would keep us awake, but it is very quiet in the apartment. It is located just 5 blocks from Broadway, so it was easy to catch the Big Red Bus. If you want to see the city, that is the way to go. We got the "Hop On-Hop Off" pass so we could catch the bus just 5 blocks from the apartment to take downtown. That sure saved on cab fares. We had 4 people and were very comfortable at Will's place. That futon is so comfortable, I slept in much later that I usually do. The kitchen is well equipped so you can save some money on eating out and cook a few meal there. We absolutely had a great time and were extremely satisfied with renting this apartment. Will also has a card for a car service. If you need to get back to the airport, that is the way to go. They were very punctual, the driver loaded all our luggage and it was only $40 to La Guardia. If we had seen that card earlier, we may have used them more often during our stay. Very professional and pleasant driver. Overall, if I was returning to NYC, I certainly would rent this apartment again.
