Situated on the grounds of the Phoenix Golf Club estate in Huay Yai ensures you will be staying in a beautiful natural setting, ideal for golf lovers. The villa is located 6km from the beach at Na Jomtien so is a little more remote than most villas. There is a restaurant in the golf clubhouse which is just a two minute stroll away. This villa is perfect for golf lovers or families that really want to get away from it all and relax in Mother Nature’s back garden.
Accomodation
Bedrooms. There are six bedrooms in total, sleeping 12 persons (10 adults, 2 kids). In the self-contained unit, you will find two bedrooms with double beds, air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The upstairs of the main house is where you will find the other four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and shares an ensuite bathroom with one of the double rooms.
Bathrooms. The five main bathrooms are all ensuite and have showers, toilets and wash basins. There is one more toilet on the ground floor next to the bar area.
Dining Room. The dining room is located next to the lounge and has a large circular dining table with six seats.
Kitchen. The kitchen is part of the self-contained unit and comes equipped with appliances that include a microwave, oven, stovetops, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. The central work top unit also seconds as a breakfast bar.
Living Rooms. There are two living rooms in the house; the first one in the self-contained unit that comes equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The second lounge is on the open-air floor of the main house and has a settee and flat-screen TV within close proximity to the office area.
