Apartment, Studio, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2)

Luxury Manhattan Studio located on Lower Madison Ave. The decor is fabulous with turn of the century architectural details!

The Studio is a 3 flight of stairs walk-up. There is not an elevator, so don't pack to heavy! The Studio is in the rear of the building, so its very quiet (except for the heat radiators in the winter which is typical in older new york apartments)

You will feel like you are staying at a rich uncles apartment! The location is just a few blocks from Madison Park and the Empire state building. You can virtually walk to any destination from this central location!
About Owner/Property Manager

I am a New York based Interior Designer and this apartment was created as a guest apartment for my clients.

From the start everything was perfect. Paying for the rental went very smoothly. I was even able to get the keys to the apartment by mid morning which was a great help to me. The pictures of the apartment equaled the actual beauty of apartment. Being that the apartment is in the rear of the building on the forth floor it's extremely peaceful.
The little touches made it an even more of a pleasurable experience. For example we had a bottle of wine waiting for us In the fridge.
The neighborhood was extremely safe and centrally located. A few blocks from Macy's and the Empire State Building. Close to subways and buses run along Madion Ave all the time.

I am a former New Yorker, you will not go wrong renting this apartment

We were in the apartment from 29 October to 5 November, we found agnificamente, the apartment is quiet and very clean, extremely courteous and owners, the decor is attractive and well equipped for those coming from abroad like us, strategic position to reach every location of the city D-C

The perfect spot!

My husband and I spent 4 nights here last month and it was perfect. I use VRBO all the time and have rented many apartments in the city. The location is perfect for accessing all areas of the city by foot, subway, bus and taxi. The 3 floor walk up made me feel less guilty about all the food I consumed daily while out and about. The interior design is GORGEOUS. The bed is both beautiful and comfortable. The attention to design details was really lovely. Your "rich uncle's apartment" is a wonderfully accurate description. It is by far the quietest apartment I've ever been in in the city.The owners were available and accommodating for our early check in and any questions we had about the apartment during our stay. This ranks up there with my favourites and I look forward to renting again.
