Absolutely panoramic Ocean views are yours from this fabulous Nye Beach condo! It has a great open floor plan which makes for a very comfortable and relaxing feeling. It has one bedroom, with two full bathrooms. There are no stairs to climb. The large bedroom has a queen bed and TV; the living room has a queen sleeper sofa as well as a roll away bed available to accommodate a total of 2-5 people. Relax on the covered deck to view the ocean and fabulous sunsets, or enjoy the grassy lawn directly out the patio doors. TV in the large living area with available VCR tapes, or DVD. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy with all the finest dinnerware and service. Within easy walking distance you can enjoy the quaint historic Nye Beach district with lots of restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and gift shops, or enjoy a stroll on the beach. The deck is protected with plexiglass front and overhead coverage and has chairs for sitting to enjoy the fresh outdoors.
About Shirley

We are a retired couple living in Washington State who spend a fair amount of time traveling. Our love for the beach and its relaxing effect is the reason we have chosen to share our condo with others.

The Oregon Coast Aquarium is located in Newport, as well as the Undersea Gardens. There are great restaurants and galleries within a few minutes walking distance.

Awesome place!!!

I took my wife and daughter here for my wife's birthday and we all were very, very satisfied. The first thing my 3 year old says when we wallk in is, "You did good daddy!". And everytime we left the condo she would ask when are we going back to the beach house so she could play. We can't wait to stay again but hopefully for longer. This was my first time staying in Newport and this condo was not only perfect but it was also in the perfect spot. Close to shops, restaraunts and a short drive to the outlets. This is absolutely the place to stay when you go to Newport.

Great value at Nye Beach

We celebrated our 27th anniversary at Sands Lookout at Nye Beach. The location is within walking distance to many little shops and restaurants. This lovely condo is well stocked with everything you would ever need. It is clean and cozy. We ate at the Sandbar & Grill. Their food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the Nye Beach Market Cafe with similar results. If you are craving a treat the NW Beach Sweets shop will accommodate you. These are all located right at Nye Beach. There are a number of fun shops close by. The access to the beach is just a few hundred feet away. There are several miles of beach to take delight in - jogging, beach combing, kite flying, sand castle building, or what ever you enjoy doing. This location also has many added attractions in the area: The Aquarium, Marine Science Center, multiple shops, restaurants, lighthouses, and much, much more. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Great Beach Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend, but it would be a great place for a week or two. the condo is fully equipped and sparkling clean, bed is comfy and you can't beat the location at Nye Beach. Park your car and walk to great restaurants, shops and, of course, the beach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: The close proximity to lots of great eating places nearby within walking distance is why we feel our place is so desireable. We also try to make it as handy for you to cook in-house as possible too, whichever you desire to do. We're glad you enjoyed it.

Can't beat this condo for it's view and close proximity to Nye Beach, and all the little stores. The owner is also friendly, and easy to work with.

Great Condo

The view is wonderful, the condo is very spacious, with a very open feeling. The doorways are wide, and the kitchen is open to the main room with a large breakfast bar dividing the two rooms. You see the view of the ocean from the kitchen so you do not miss the view when making meals. The main bathroom has a low step in shower for those who have trouble stepping into a bathtub which I have not found in other places.

The condo is located near a wide choice of small shops, cafes' and a grocery store all are just a short walk away.

I will be a returning guest here.

Owner's Response: Thank you, we do plan to get a picture of the 2nd shower in our web site as soon as possible. That was our oversight. The low entrance into the shower makes it much more handicapped accessible.
