This is a fantastic home for a group of friends or family to get away for some time together. It has accommodations for up to 12 people and includes all of your linens, cleaning, dishes, etc for No Additional Fees. Just a short 120 yards to the beach you can enjoy the view from the front deck sitting in the loungers or go on down to the beach and soak up some sun. The house has Dish Network satellite TV with a 42' flat screen in the living room and a TV in the Master along with DVD player. Save a little money by going second row and don't sacrifice a thing! Front row houses rent for almost $500 per week more and you get just as nice of a house and put some spending money in your pockets!

NEW FOR 2012! We have installed a private hot tub for our guests to use. It seats up to 8 adults and makes a great place to relax after a long day relaxing on the beach.

Golf Cart Available: We have a 4-seat golf cart available for your use for an additional fee of $200 for the weekend or $350 for the week. It is great for taking all your beach equipment down to the water or even driving to the store or dinner. There is a golf cart lane on Blue Water Highway in Surfside and that is what all the locals use. If you would like to add the golf cart to your reservation please let us know!

Surfside Beach is a quaint beachside village. Many prefer it to Galveston for its small town charm and laid back atmosphere. You are only about 30 minutes from the Strand, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, etc but you have a quiet and peaceful beach to enjoy when you are relaxing. Surfside Beach is not on Galveston Island but just South of Galveston. It is 60 miles south of Houston on Highway 288.

Cozy little place!

We had a great relaxing time staying at Surfside! It was the getaway from everything we were looking for! Checked out the local restaurants and highly recommend each of them: Pirates, Purple Cow, and Bingo's Surf shop!! Wanted to go horseback riding with Leslie from Beach Bum Horserides, but it was too windy and hope to try again next time we visit!! The house owner Chad was great and we really enjoyed workin with him!!

What a great place to get a way

This is such a cute and cozy beach house. We just got back from our stay over July 4th and I want to go back already. This is the perfect house to relax in. There is plenty of sitting areas for everyone and space. The hot tub was amazing. And even though its a 2nd row beach house it is so close to the beach. You still can see the ocean from the front deck, which is great for getting a tan or reading a book on. The house was very clean. The pictures don't really do the house justice. Linens and towels are provided and the kitchen has all the dishes you would need. I made pizza and cookies while I stayed there. I would absolutely rent from Chad again. Thank you Chad!

Great Memories at the Beach

We had such a wonderful time at this beachhouse. It was very comfortable, roomy and kid-friendly. There was plenty of linens (excellent quality), towels and bedding. My grandsons (3 and 18 mos.) loved the bunk beds (the sheets are in primary colors) and the beds in the other rooms were comfortable as well. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dinner and silverware, etc.

Definitely look forward to spending time here again!

The house was absolutely gorgeous !! Even better than Chad described... Plenty of room, easy access, and an absolutely breath taking view ! My family is already planning a return trip for next year ! Everything was stocked and ready for us. The house was clean and neat and well organized ! An exceptional value for the price !!

Spring Break 2011

My family and I went to this beach house this Spring March 17 - 20th and had a wonderful time. The house is very nice, clean and very family friendly. The beach is so close so there was no problem getting on the beach for swimming and enjoyment. My grandson really enjoyed himself and crab hunting at night.
The whole rental process was extremely easy and hassle free.
The rate for the rental was very reasonable and we intend to make another visit very soon.
