We are renting the second floor of our Long Beach Island Bay Front house.This incredible property has water views everywhere, located directly on the bay. Bring your boat or kayak and play on the bay. Boat Slip can accommodate a 26 ft. boat. Outdoors, this newly updated duplex includes large new deck, new outdoor furniture, new dining table, and gas grill. Our beach house has all the amenities a family could want, central air conditioning, new living room furniture, full-size sleeper sofa, 42’ Flat screen TV, Cable/DVD & internet access. The entire apartment is freshly painted with bedroom furniture upgrades. This Non-Smoking home provides an open and very airy living space. Watch the sunset over the bay from either your living room or your own private deck. You have use of a large enclosed outdoor shower and off street parking for 2 cars.

Have the best of both worlds, stay on a quiet street overlooking the Bay, a short walk to the Beach and in the evening you are a few minutes’ walk to these great activities, Fantasy Island Amusement park, restaurants and shopping

Our family just spent a week vacation in this property a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. The views are just as good if not better than the pictures, and we commented that it will be difficult to stay somewhere without a view in the future.

The property was well maintained and very clean, and the location was very convenient to major attractions and the beach, but is also on a nice quiet, dead end street which was great for our small kids.

The owners, Lou and Maddy were very friendly and accomodating during our stay, and we would highly recommend their property to others.
