Beautiful Place to stay in Florida

I have recently vacationed in Florida and stayed at this beautiful house. The house was exactly as described by the owner. It was clean and well maintained. There was a pool there that was so nice and warm and we swam in it everyday. The neighbourhood was quiet and the neighbours were very helpful and friendly. My daughter took advantage of the community tennis and basketball court which were well maintained also. The owner of the property was available by phone, to answer all questions that we had. We are from Newfoundland, Canada and because this was our first trip to Florida it was nice that the house was close to all the parks, shopping,restaurants and other amenities and getting to these places was so easy. I would definitely recommend that others should rent the house. It was a very spacious and cosy house.

We had a wonderful holiday at this lovely house.
It is very spacious and clean, and has everything in it to make you feel at home. The beds are comfortable and roomy and are decorated so beautifully. The towels are fluffy and plentiful.
The TV/ phone system is excellent and the grandchildren enjoyed the xbox.
The pool was well used and the patio was nice to sit out on and view the natural bush behind the house and to bask in the sun.
The location is very quiet, but there are many shops and attractions close by. We loved it, not only for the proximity to Disney (which our grandkids enjoyed) but to other areas like the Celebration area where there are lots of good restaurants and a farmer's market on Sundays.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Awesome House!

Thank you for providing this lovely home for my family to stay! We had a wonderful time. It was very relaxing after a busy day at Disney World which is nice and close. We saved thousands of dollars staying at your home instead of at the Disney Resort. The kids loved the pool, we had to drag them out of it! The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location is great for grocery shopping and eating out, we especially liked Chili's. We would definately recommend the house to all our friends and family. Can't wait to back again!

My family enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood is very quiet. The house was perfect and cozy for our days in. The patio was very relaxing. Couldn't expect better. Our number 1 choice when we return. Mr. Peter is wonderful to deal with.

A Wonderful Vacation!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this home with my family for our annual Disney Vacation. I must say that the entire process of getting the information we needed prior to booking, all the way to actually arriving and staying at the home was a pure delight! Peter was wonderful in responding in a timely manner and getting me all of the information we needed to make our decision. Such a joy to work with. When we arrived, everything was beautiful and comfortable. This year we had the luxury of a private swimming pool, however, my girls were so exhausted after spending their days at the Disney parks, that there was no energy left! There was no need to worry about anything, because Peter made himself available for any and all questions. I would definitely recommend this property if visiting the Disney area. We will definitely send a request to Peter once deciding on a date for our trip next year! Thanks a million, Peter!
