House, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, sleeps 8

Four bedroom, three and a half bath home on beautifully landscaped half acre in the Barnes Landing section of East Hampton. Ideally located close to ocean and bay beaches and all that the East End has to offer. Extensive renovations to the house and landscaping will be completed in February 2013 and most features are brand new: covered porch, salt water pool, air conditioning, outdoor shower, hammock, lounge chairs, umbrellas, 55' plasma with blu ray and apple TV, wireless internet, Verizon extender cell coverage, gas grill. Note interior pics are from prior to renovation which is scheduled for completion in Feb 2013.

The house is ideally located in East Hampton only two miles north of the Amagansett train station. You are a short stroll (3/4 mile) to a bay beach and a five minute drive to the ocean beaches. Located three minutes from Amagansett, ten minutes from downtown East Hampton and twenty minutes from Montauk.

Family vacation

My family and I rented Paul's home for 4 nights the last week of June. The home is very spacious inside and having 2 bedrooms on the main floor was a blessing since we had both my mother and father-in-law, who are both now 90, with us. The backyard was one of the most beautiful and peaceful settings I've ever been in. The pool was delightful and the decking was perfect for sunbathing. The upper deck was ideal for breakfast and reading the morning paper.The village of Easthampton is less than a 10 minute drive, and the bay beach is less than a mile. We walked there every day and if there were more than 3 people on the beach any day I didn't see them. Paul was extremely attentive to our needs and responded promptly to our calls. A wonderful time was had by all, and we are most definitely going to return soon.

Great House, Convenient Location

My husband and I and 2 other couples rented this house for a week in July 2012. The exterior of the house, deck and pool are all new and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the backyard and using the pool (saltwater). The layout and space of the interior was more than enough space for our group. The house is located approximately 10 minutes (driving) to East Hampton village. Also, conveniently located for trips to Montauk, Sag Harbor, Shelter Island, etc. The owner was very responsive and amenable to all of our needs. We would definitely look into staying here again!
