Lake Allatoona Pt Rental Deep Water Dock All Year, Woodstock

We arrived later than planned and Sharon was kind enough to turn on inside and outsides lights for us. Since we hadn't spoken directly with the owners prior to arriving, we had no idea that their home was right next door to the rental house and were initially concerned about the proximity. However, that proved to NOT be a problem! Both Sharon and Jeff were very friendly and helpful but kept to themselves unless we had a question or needed assistance with anything.

The house is just beautiful and very well appointed (although it could use a little more Tupperware storage for those staying longer than 1 week). The keyless entry is great! You don't have to worry about who has the keys and how to get in.

If you can't do stairs, this is not the home for you. If stairs are not a problem, it is probably one of the prettiest and comfortable homes on Lake Allatoona for rent. It was very quiet and relaxing.

The master suite is amazing and very comfortable... with a second bedroom with twin beds on the upper floor. The downstairs bedroom and bath are comfortable and offers privacy. There is plenty of dresser space in this lower bedroom but if you have a lot of hanging clothes, you'll need to use the master bedroom's massive closet.

The owners were preparing to have some work done for easier access down the slope to the lake and from what we've saw of their property we can confidently predict that this will be done well and make lake access much easier.

It was a pleasure staying at their beautiful home and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lakefront rental with accommodating and hasslefree owners.

This is a beautful property! Well maintained and elegantly furnished. Everything you could possibly want is provided. The view off the porch is astounding. Owners next door are friendly and very gracious while maintaining your privacy. Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I rented this house with some friends for a few days during our wedding week and had a blast. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The inside of the house feels like a cabin or treehouse (we loved the stairs!). It is very luxurious with gorgeous furniture, awesome kitchen appliances, and decor throughout. The view from all three porches is so pretty, and the cove is very quiet. We enjoyed cooking out on the patio and swimming by the dock. The water is definitely deep! The screened in porch on the main level is perfect for kicking back with friends and family. The price for this house is well worth it for the relaxation; it feels far away from the world, but it's close to everything, including the interstate. We will definitely be back!
