Awesome Cabin

Pros: Great Cabin with a lot of extra beds, pool table, very long dining table, full kitchen and two tv/family rooms. Great place to have a get together for family or friends of all ages. I would stay at this cabin again next year if we plan a trip to Tahoe.
Cons: There is a document located on the Fridge that says "10 ways to lose your deposit". Luckily for this management company this document was not anywhere to be found in emails or any agreements before stepping foot in this cabin becuase it would surely be a a deal breaker. I mean we are a pretty clean group but we were stressing about this thing the whole weekend, made it hard to fully enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. This document was nuts, and should probably be sent to interested parties before payment is made down on this cabin. I would say half of the list is a ridiculous reason to lose your whole deposit, but one that stuck with me was "if you use towels to clean" was one reason to lose your deposit?!?
Also the carpets are almost white, so even if you kick your shoes off at the door you will eventually step on sludge in your socks and if thats not annoying enough if you stain the carpet in the house you can lose your deposit. There isn't enough bins for garbage, and it was almost impossible to find a garbage dump nearby on google, so atleast post directions.
Looks like a lot of CONS but ultimately without that crazy deposit document, this place was awesome.

Owner's Response: Thanks so much for the feedback. It was not our intention for the tone of that document to be stressful and we will be in contact with the home owners and crew to correct this so that in the future it's viewed as more of "helpful hints and guidelines".
