Loved the Oxford Street Flat

This was my first time renting a flat, esp. in another country and it was an excellent experience - first the flat was v.v. cute - exactly as described - the convenience of having a flat as opposed to a hotel was great - ie living room, kitchen. The location was the best - everything close by - quick walk to the tube, tons of shopping, restaurants. Anita who met us and showed us around the flat could not have been nicer and anand was our perfect host - we had a small mix up before arrival and he fixed it without hesitation. The best part I would have to say would be the location - and the rooftop! I would def. use Club Living again, and would recommend this flat to any visitors to London.

excellent location

After a long search we found an apartment online through its Club Living. After numerous correspondence we received answers to any questions we had. We chose one of the apartments, but after paying a deposit turned out that someone else has already registered. Immediately we were offered an alternative apartment on the Thayer street that we eventually stayed there.
As part of the agreement club living sent a private driver that picked us up at the airport and took us directly to the apartment for free. Check-in was quick and simple.The next morning we found one burnt pan - After a brief conversation on the phone we got a new pan on the same day in the evening.
Excellent location!!! 3 minutes walk from Oxford Street. 5 minute walk from Bond Street station. 10 minute walk from the Park. Quiet street. Especially in the evening and at night.Street full of restaurants and pubs and around the area. Apartment fully furnished including kitchen equipment. Hot water in the shower all the time and central heating. We got an apartment clean and tidy. The only thing that can be uncomfortable - a fact that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift. It did not bother us (young and healthy). The only thing that was promised to us and we did not get was the coffee machine.
Apart from this tolerant and generous service. Strongly recommend!!!
