We (2 adults, 2 kids) had a great stay. The Atrium was exactly as the reviews describe: well-maintained and quiet. The pool was great; the kids wanted to spend the whole day there. The unit itself was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. As the reviews note, if you're looking for a resort with full-service restaurants and a 15-second walk to the beach, this is not the place for you. If, however, you're looking for a comfortable home base at a much more affordable price and are willing to take a short walk (and even shorter drive) to the beach, this is your spot. You do want to rent a car to get to the grocery store, restaurants, or to check out the various beaches. We even spent the day at various beach resorts; was no problem to park there, walk out to the beach, and hand an attendant $10 to set up a cabana/set of chairs and umbrellas for us. The Atrium was perfect for what we were looking for and we would definitely stay again. This unit was on the ground floor and literally a 10-second walk through the sliding deck door to the pool, which was great for our kids.
