Great amenities, great location!

The location and amenities of this two bedroom duplex really make for a wonderful vacation! The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with utensils, tupperware, bakeware--everything looks new in the summer of 2012. There's a grill on the deck for each of the two adjoining units (which could be united for a larger family). A closet off the lower deck holds comfortable beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and bikes in excellent condition. All linens, including quality beach towels, and household goods (paper towels,soap, etc) are provided. (No need to lug all this from home) The property is just steps away from the beach, and the Holiday Inn. It would make an excellent gathering place if some family members are only staying for a few days, or want to sleep in a different location. (I can imagine grandparents who would love to spend the day at the beach house, and walk next door to the privacy and quiet of their hotel room at night). A large glass table in the kitchen seats 8; the table on the deck seats 6, with a beautiful view. My family really enjoyed this property and we hope to return.
