I moved here to enjoy the four seasons and have the opportunity to live a more outdoor life style. I have started a fall festival with my partners in 2011 called 'Stingy Jack's Pumpkin Patch' over in Pisgah Forest near Brevard. We are looking forward to this years event, check out the website for more info. Hope to see you there! www.stingyjackspumpkinmpatch.com
Jeannine Turner purchased this house in 2007
It's a beautiful area and neighborhood with just enough room to have all the privacy you need. There is a community pond when you enter Mountain Springs Estates with breath taking views of the mountains and horse pastures.
The location is great in between Maggie Valley and Waynesville. I love how diverse Asheville is with all the local artisans, shops, and events that take place through out the year. I embrace all the outdoor activities hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, skiing, and zip-line. Lucky to live in such a beautiful place with all four distinct seasons.
We had a great time! Your home is beautiful and we are so glad that we were able to stay here. We made great memories and we hope to visit the area again soon.
The master bedroom/bath is outstanding. The kitchen offered everything we needed. More house than the two of us needed but it is nice to have the extra space and not feel cramped. Hope we can return soon.
What a wonderful home. So many extras to make our trip special. It was a great place to share our Halloween weekend and to experience the first snowfall of the year!
My husband and I have been married for 18yrs, and this was our first, so-called, honeymoon. We were so very glad that we chose this home for our vacation. It was extremely cozy, the master suite and master bath was awesome, and the kitchen I fell in love with. Needless to say, I now have to have a gas stove in my own home, and a new master bath!! Thank you so much Jeannine for allowing us to stay in your home. If we plan another vacation in the area, we truly hope to stay there again.
This was a beautiful home with plenty of room. Had everything you need. Especially the master suite.
Thank you for all your help with our group. We had a fine stay and enjoyed the home very much. The kitchen is particularly nice and was helpful for our group.
I enjoyed my stay. There were plenty of rooms, lots of space indoors and outdoors. The master bathroom was wonderful. The kitchen had any appliance you need which was great. Living room and fire place were nice and cozy. Jacuzzi was great as well. The pictures do not do this home justice. I had a wonderful time and look forward to returning next year. I would def recommend this property. I wish my stay would have been longer. My daughter loved the loft space she had her own little slice of heaven. Overall it was a great experience and I hope the next person enjoys it just as much as i did.
