Fabulous stay at an amazing location

My husband and I spent a 3-day weekend in Stowe to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Simply put: we had an amazing stay. From the first email exchange with Jamie to the check-out, everything was great. The Lodge is a fabulous place to stay. We had some great food at the Solstice Restaurant, had great relaxing nights in the pool and outdoor jacuzzis, etc. It was a bit past peak foliage season, but still very colourful and beautiful. We plan on making this trip a yearly tradition and are looking forward to getting in touch with Jamie to schedule our next trip.

Lovely Condominium Wonderful Resort

My family and I had a wonderful time at Stowe Mountain Lodge. It far exceeded our expectations! The condominium is exactly as presented in the photographs, very beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is small but efficient and well equipped. The bathroom is spacious and very clean with both a shower and bathtub. The deck has a lovely view of the mountain and was the perfect place for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Our group of three (myself, husband and teenage son) did not feel cramped and ended up staying an extra three days!

The resort also deserves much praise. Our son completely enjoyed the pool and fitness area. The swimming pool is very large with an area for lap swimming that is segregated from the general swimming area and two additional hot tub areas. It was perfect for our son who enjoys lap swimming. The fitness center is also very large with a wide variety of equipment and free weights. There are many hiking trails nearby and a very lovely running/biking trail that begins down the road a bit from the lodge and leads into town. My husband is a runner and especially enjoyed the trail - but bring water as there are not fountains on the path. The staff at the resort were consistently friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Also, the owner is so nice to work - everything was just great - we completely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!!
