The apartment has the superiority of being located in a residential apartment building with double door and coded security as well as the excellence of being located in the most central, safe, family friendly and trendy area of Paris.

Situated on the fifth floor of a 17th Century building, this apartment, completely renovated in 2011 is a lovely appartment located in the heart of Paris.

There is an lift and a nice balcony.

The apartment :

- is based on the center of Paris : we are closed to many tourist places (3 min by foot to go to Notre Dame de Paris, Ile Saint Louis, Quarter latin...), and to many subway station.

- is with a complete equipment (towels, soap, hair dryer, internet, TV, heating.…)

- has just been renovated

- is close to groceries stores, bakeries, restaurants to experience Parisians lifestyle.

This is a perfect apartment to visit Paris for a week or more.

This apartment is located in the most central district of Paris (Louvre, Marais, Hotel de Ville, The Seine River, Palais Royal and Notre Dame!).

When you are a parisian, you love to leave in this area as you can go everywhere in Paris only by foot or by bike !

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment :

- is with a complete equipment (towels, soap, hair dryer, internet, TV…)

- has just been renovated.

- is close to groceries stores, bakeries, restaurants to experience Parisians lifestyle.

Brilliant apartment - fantastic location!!!

We opted for this apartment due to location, decor and the fact it had a lift. As always with booking accommodation you are a bit nervous before arrival however Johan's communication was great and put me at ease as he was polite, very helpful and very prompt at replying to any query I had.

The apartment itself is set in a very quiet street just off Blvd St Germain - it is the perfect location for Metro (three are very close), RER, Notre Dame, buses, Marais and of course the Latin Qtr. A supermarket is just across Blvd St Germain and there are plenty of patisseries, cafes, restaurants etc all within 5 mins walk. Rue Monge is only a few minutes walk away as well.

The apartment is exactly as described. It is very comfortable, warm, clean, furnished well and guests are well catered for. The shower is good with lots of pressure and hot water. TV and DVD player are there as well. The apartment block is lovely and obviously well maintained - it is very quiet and we heard nothing when inside the apartment. Any neighbours that we met in the hallway were very polite.

We would have absolutely no hesitation in returning to Johan's apartment - it is excellent. We would highly recommend it.

We were very happy to find this apartment

We were very happy to have found this apartment. It was perfect for us ( family of 3 with one teenager) the location is perfect: close to many cafes,restaurants, and the very lively areas of the Latin Quarter. Supermarkets and the metro station were close too. We coudn't have asked for more. The apartment is spacious, natural light enters through many windows, and comfortable beds. A plus is that the building has an elevator wich was important for us. The most important point was that the hosts were great! Very responsable and polite.We booked the apartement only 36 hours before arrival, and Johan answered inmediatly and tried to help us and guide us the best way possible. Thankyou verry much Brian and Leslie!

Apartment is extremelly well located!

The apartment was clean, the kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook a meal. It's location is incredible, very good restaurants near by, a quiet and secure area, beds are comfortable and the shower/tub is roomy (a rarity in Europe). No noisy neighbors I recommend this apartment to families with children, tourist wanting to get the true feeling of Paris life. I had a special request and they did everything to fulfill that, for which i am very grateful with the host.

lovely stay

We thoroughly enoyed our stay at this property. We were in Paris for our son's wedding and it fit our needs quite well. It's location was perfect. The apartment was clean and tidy, also very comfortable, and equally charming. We'd come back again.
